📧 How to install in Gmail ▾
- Click Copy my signature above.
- In Gmail, open Settings ⚙ → See all settings → General.
- Scroll to Signature, click Create new, name it, and paste (Ctrl/Cmd + V) into the signature box.
- Under Signature defaults, select it for new emails and replies.
- Scroll down and click Save Changes.
📨 How to install in Outlook ▾
- Click Copy my signature above.
- New Outlook / Outlook on the web: Settings ⚙ → Account → Signatures, create a new signature and paste it in.
- Classic Outlook (Windows): File → Options → Mail → Signatures…, click New, then paste into the edit box.
- Set it as the default for New messages and Replies/forwards, then save.
📱 How to install in Apple Mail / iPhone ▾
- Click Copy my signature above (on your iPhone, open this page in Safari).
- Mac: Mail → Settings → Signatures, click +, then paste. Uncheck "Always match my default message font".
- iPhone/iPad: Settings → Mail → Signature, then paste. If formatting is lost, shake the phone and tap Undo to restore it.
